• Marketing material distribution at exhibitions.
• Strategic placement of business cards, brochures, and pamphlets.
• Lead generation through targeted exposure.

3. Payment & Fees

• Service Fee: ₹6,000 + GST per exhibition (advance payment required).
• Delivery Charges: Paid by the client upon collection of materials.
• All payments must be made before the service is provided.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the exhibition start date. Refunds will be processed after deducting administrative charges. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are shipped to us on time.
• Provide accurate details regarding exhibitions and distribution preferences.
• Understand that results may vary based on event audience and footfall.

6. Limitation of Liability

CardXpo Solutions is not responsible for:

• Lost, misplaced, or damaged materials during transit.
• Lower-than-expected response rates from exhibitions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information.
